Testing at Every Stage
In-House Lab
Our FOSS near-infrared (NIR) analyzer delivers results in under 3 minutes for moisture, protein, fat, fiber, and ash on every incoming raw-material shipment and every finished batch.
Microbiology Testing
Salmonella, E. coli, total plate count, and mould assays are run on every finished-goods lot before it leaves our facility, using accredited external labs for verification.
Mycotoxin Screening
Aflatoxin B1, Deoxynivalenol (DON), Zearalenone, and Fumonisin are screened on all grain-based ingredients using ELISA rapid-test kits calibrated monthly against certified reference standards.
Nutritional Analysis
Metabolisable energy, amino-acid profiles, and mineral levels are verified against our formulation targets for each batch. Deviations trigger an immediate production hold and root-cause investigation.
