Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using AALAF's services.

By accessing AALAF's website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. AALAF — Al Mairqab Industrial Investment — operates this platform and reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

This platform may be used only for lawful commercial purposes related to animal feed products. You may not use the platform for any illegal or misleading purpose, or in any way that infringes intellectual property rights. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Impersonation, posting harmful content, or unauthorized access to our systems is strictly prohibited.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. Orders placed through the platform constitute an offer to purchase and become binding only upon explicit acceptance by AALAF. Payments must be made in accordance with agreed terms. AALAF reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasonable cause, including but not limited to inventory unavailability or inaccurate order information.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing or availability may occur; in such cases, we will contact you before processing your order. Prices are expressed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) unless otherwise stated. Different pricing may apply for bulk quantities subject to channel agreements.

Delivery timelines are estimates and do not constitute binding guarantees. Deliveries are limited to Qatar and available GCC countries. The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery. We reserve the right to modify delivery routes for operational reasons. Any damage to goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

AALAF facilitates returns and refunds pursuant to our Refund Policy. Damaged or non-conforming products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with supporting documentation. Bulk or custom-formulated orders cannot be returned once production has commenced. Please review the full Refund Policy for detailed eligibility and processing procedures.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are obligated to report any unauthorized access immediately upon discovery. AALAF reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these terms. Credentials must not be shared between users. Your data is subject to our Privacy Policy.

All content on this platform — including logos, images, product descriptions, and nutritional data — is the exclusive property of Al Mairqab Industrial Investment or is licensed to it. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of these materials without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited. Materials intended for personal, non-commercial use may be downloaded for informational purposes only.

AALAF's liability shall in no event exceed the value of the order giving rise to the claim. AALAF bears no responsibility for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. AALAF makes no warranties regarding the suitability of products for specific purposes beyond the standards set out in product specifications. The customer assumes full responsibility for correct use of products in accordance with the guidance provided.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Qatari courts. These terms are applied in accordance with the regulations of the Communications Regulatory Authority and applicable Qatari commercial agreements.
