Payment Methods Accepted
AALAF accepts the following payment methods: • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) • Direct bank transfer for institutional orders • Cash on delivery for eligible areas by prior arrangement • Qatar National Network (Naps) cards All transactions are processed securely. Payment card data is not stored on our servers.
Order Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of confirmation without any additional charges. After this window, orders that have entered processing may be subject to cancellation fees. Bulk or custom-formulated orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. To cancel within the permitted window, please contact our sales team immediately.
Refund Eligibility
You are entitled to request a refund in the following cases: • Damaged or defective products documented within 48 hours of receipt • Incorrect delivery — a product different from what was ordered • Orders cancelled within the 24-hour window • Unavailability after payment has been completed Supporting documentation (photos, barcodes, order details) must be submitted to process any refund request.
Refund Process & Timeline
Once a refund request is approved: • The amount is returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days • Credit card refunds take 3–7 business days • Bank transfers take 5–10 business days • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed Timelines may vary depending on the financial institution involved.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds are not available in the following cases: • Orders that have been delivered with no issue reported within 48 hours • Bulk or custom-formulated orders once production has begun • Products that have been opened or used outside their intended instructions • Orders placed more than 30 days prior to the request • Discrepancies arising from misuse or improper storage by the customer
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a payment dispute, please contact our sales team first. AALAF is committed to responding to all disputes within 5 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes are referred to arbitration in accordance with Qatari law. We endeavour to resolve all payment issues amicably before any formal proceedings are initiated.
