Our Commitment to Responsibility
At Aalaf, corporate social responsibility is not a side initiative—it is embedded in how we operate. As a company rooted in Qatar’s agricultural and nutritional landscape, we recognize our obligation to contribute beyond business performance.
From supporting food security and sustainable agriculture to advancing community health, education, and environmental stewardship, our CSR efforts reflect a long-term commitment to driving meaningful impact across the communities we serve.
We believe that ethical practices, local partnerships, and purpose-driven giving are not just good for society—they’re essential to our identity and to building a resilient future.
Qatar Red Crescent and Aalaf Sign Memorandum of Understanding
As part of Aalaf’s corporate social responsibility efforts, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed with the Qatar Red Crescent. Under the terms of the agreement, Aalaf will donate a portion of the sale price of each final-packaged feed bag to the Qatar Red Crescent.
The Qatar Red Crescent will allocate these donations to support various humanitarian projects, including education, healthcare, water and sanitation, and social welfare programs—such as family sponsorship initiatives for those in need.
The MoU was signed on behalf of the Qatar Red Crescent by Acting Secretary-General Mr. Faisal Mohammed Al-Emadi, and on behalf of Al-Mirqab Industrial Investment (Aalaf) by Managing Director Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Jabr bin Mohammed Al Thani.
